The review is intended to help you better understand your imaging studies and potential next steps to discuss with your treating physician.

2. No Physician–Patient Relationship

Submission of your images and payment for this service does not create a physician–patient relationship with the reviewing radiologist or this organization.

All medical decisions remain your responsibility and should be made in consultation with your own physician or specialist.

3. Image Quality and Software Limitations

The accuracy and completeness of this review depend on the quality and type of images provided.

Certain imaging formats (such as MRI) may require proprietary viewing software from the imaging facility.

When such software is unavailable, some features may not be fully viewable, which could limit interpretive accuracy.

You acknowledge these inherent limitations. 

4. Scope of Service and Additional Costs

The payment made at this time covers the initial review of submitted films to determine whether they are suitable for a second-opinion consultation.

If your images are accepted, you will be notified of the additional reporting and consultation fee, which must be approved and paid prior to receiving your full written report and video call consultation.

5. Emergency and Urgent Situations

This service is not intended for urgent or emergency medical situations.

If you are experiencing new or concerning symptoms, contact your physician or seek immediate medical attention.
